The shared bathroom was kept very clean.
The plug near the bed in our room didn't work, so frustrating. The channel of the sink was blocked. To top it off, the walls are thin, so I could hear my neighbors quite clearly during the night.

Fairly clean place with helpful staff. The rooms perfect and warm with private bathroom and balkony plus a shower. Excellent and exceptionally nice location, an easy walk to everywhere. Smooth check-in, generally outstanding service. Very nice stay, as always.

I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a balcony and climate control. Had private bathroom with all essentials. The location was good, near the centre of Milano, convenient to go everywhere. A cool bonus was nearby Airport Cafe & Liquors, that offered tea and coffee.

Great place for travelers! The location is awesome-just a short tram ride to the central station and a 20-minute walk to the Duomo. Rooms were super clean, and it was like visiting a friendly aunt. The hostess even gave me coffee and pastries in the morning 😊

I stayed in a Double Room with Shared Bathroom for 7 nights and the beds were super comfy. The shared bathrooms were always super clean, a big plus. Just a heads up, though, if you're sensitive to noise, ask for a room away from the street because it can get a little loud with traffic. I also loved the extra space for luggage and having a sink in the room was convenient.
